BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS READ THIS
All our products are high-quality items, everything is  fully inspected we make sure items are in good conditions
 not damage before shipping out to our costumers.
There for all returns are accepted on merchandise that arrives in its original condition no exceptions. 
 

 

  1. We do not accept returns items that are damaged, please do not try force items to fit you or else item will be ripped. 
  2. If the item looks too small for you please email us as soon as possible we will exchange for a larger size without a problem.
  3. We will not accept items that are ripped all items are high quality, there are not exceptions. 
  4. Shipping fee is non-refundable (cannot be applied for in-store credit). 
  5. Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange, and if the right size in the right style is available we will ship the item. 
  6. Items must NOT be worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or in any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new). Returned item(s) must have their original tags attached. 
  7. We reserve the right to refuse returns of an item based on its condition. 
  8. We will not be held liable for items lost, stolen or volume transit. 
  9. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after we have received the item(s). 
  10. All accessories are final sale.

  15. If you received an item that is damaged, please email customer service immediately  with subject - DAMAGED ITEM- and full name.

  17. Please purchase delivery confirmation for proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost items.
